shipping policy

Below are the free shipping offers available on FentyBeauty.com.

  • FREE Standard 3-Day Shipping on all EU merchandise orders  €50 and over (excluding taxes).

  • FREE 2-Day Shipping on all EU merchandise orders  €75 and over (excluding taxes).
     

DHL eCommerce – Parcel Direct (Tax + Duties Pre-Paid)

Delivery is approximately 6-10 business days after the time of shipment.

Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery.

The package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information.

Delivery will be made by a local carrier.

HL eCommerce – Parcel Priority (Tax + Duties Un-Paid)

  • Delivery is approximately 8-12 business days after the time of shipment

  • Duties and taxes are unpaid, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery

  • The package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information

  • Delivery will be made by the local post network
     

Please Note

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

  • All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency for all applicable costs, including shipping, taxes, and duties.

  • Duties and taxes vary by country of destination and will be determined during checkout.

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

  • International orders totals cannot exceed 500 euros.
     

Business Days + Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise, it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day
     

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on FentyBeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Fenty Beauty Customer Service to track your order.

return & exchange policy

Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 30 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. You may also return online purchases at a Morphe store within 30 days with a valid receipt/packing slip. Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 30 days of delivery, and we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge.

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
